2026年2月26日，美国InterDigital, Inc、美国InterDigital VC Holdings, Inc.、美国Inter Digital Madison Patent Holdings SAS根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定具有视频功能的电子设备，包括智能电视、显示器及其组件（Certain Video-Capable Electronic Devices, Including Smart Televisions,Monitors, and Components Thereof）违反了美国337条款。
