近日，TCL科技发布《TCL科技集团股份有限公司全球行为准则》（以下简称《准则》），旨在全面提升公司治理水平，规范全球范围内的商业行为与员工履职标准。该《准则》适用于TCL科技及其全球子公司、分支机构的所有员工及管理人员，并鼓励供应商与合作伙伴共同遵循。

　　《准则》基于联合国全球契约组织十项原则、国际行业协会要求、运营地法律法规及多方利益相关方期望制定，涵盖商业道德、劳工人权、职业健康安全、环境责任、信息安全与隐私保护、知识产权等关键领域。TCL科技明确禁止贿赂、腐败、强迫劳动、聘用童工、歧视等行为，强调合规经营、公平竞争、税务透明与社会参与，对一切违反规定的行为采取零容忍态度。《准则》以道德、诚信及遵循法律规范为商业运作基础，适用于TCL科技全球每一项商业决策。

　　此外，TCL科技鼓励举报违法违规行为，设立多渠道举报途径并严格保密举报信息，保障举报人权利，同时承诺及时调查处理涉嫌违规行为，确保《准则》与业务发展及战略规划同步更新。

　　TCL Technology Releases Global Code of Conduct to Build an Integral and Responsible Business Operations System

　　TCL Technology has recently released the Global Code of Conduct of TCL Technology Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Conduct”), aiming to comprehensively enhance corporate governance and regulate business conduct and employee performance standards worldwide. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees and management members of TCL Technology and its subsidiaries and branch entities worldwide. TCL Technology encourages its suppliers and business partners to adhere to the Code of Conduct.

　　The Code of Conduct has been developed based on the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, requirements from international industry associations, laws and regulations of TCL Technology’s operating locations, and expectations of various stakeholders. It covers key areas including business ethics, labor and human rights, occupational health and safety, environmental responsibility, information security and privacy protection, and intellectual property rights. Bribery, corruption, forced labor, child labor, and discrimination are explicitly banned. TCL Technology emphasizes compliant operations, fair competition, tax transparency, and social participation, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to all violations. According to the Code of Conduct, business shall be conducted based on ethics and integrity, and in compliance with laws and standards. This applies to every business decision in TCL Technology’s global operations.
