当地时间6月27日下午，三花墨西哥服务与管理平台（SMSMP）在Saltillo顺利举办了第三场跨业务单元公开课培训——《Excel实用技巧》。来自三花微通道、先途电子、三花汽零等业务单元的员工积极参与。课程围绕Excel这一高频办公工具，通过系统讲解与实操训练，帮助员工掌握常用功能和关键公式，进一步提升工作效率。

　　On the afternoon of June 27th (local time), the Sanhua Mexico Service Management Platform (SMSMP) successfully hosted its third cross-BU open training session in Saltillo, titled “Practical Excel Skills.” Employees from various business units—including Sanhua Microchannel, Sentu Electronics, and Sanhua Automotive—participated actively in the session, which featured a highly engaged learning environment. The training centered around Excel, a widely used office tool, aiming to improve participants'' proficiency through structured instruction and hands-on exercises.

　　本次公开课以“办公技能提升”为核心主题，课程内容紧贴员工在日常工作中的实际使用需求。平台在筹备阶段广泛调研了各业务单元的日常数据处理痛点，并根据不同层级员工的Excel掌握程度，科学设计了课程结构。课程的成功开展，既提升了员工在数据处理、报表制作等方面的实操能力，也为未来持续推广“以岗位为导向”的技能提升培训积累了宝贵经验，打下了坚实基础。

　　This open training session focused on enhancing practical office skills, with content closely aligned to real-world Excel usage in daily work. The course not only helped participants gain a solid understanding of basic operations and commonly used formulas in Excel, but also explored practical functions through real business scenarios. As the first Excel-focused, cross-BU training session held in Sanhua Mexico, the program was thoughtfully designed based on a comprehensive needs assessment across departments, addressing pain points in data processing and adapting to different levels of proficiency among employees. The successful delivery of this course has significantly improved participants’ hands-on skills in tasks such as data analysis and report generation. It also laid a strong foundation for future training initiatives centered around job-oriented skill development.

　　本次课程设计分为上下两个阶段，面对对工具掌握程度不同的本地员工，针对性更强。在前半场的第一个小时，讲师从Excel的基础操作讲起，帮助学员快速熟悉操作环境，夯实基础。紧接着，讲师系统讲解了二十余个在实际工作中使用频率较高的核心公式，并结合实际案例逐一拆解，确保学员能够理解原理、掌握用法，并能在工作中灵活运用。

　　在后半场的第二个小时，课程聚焦于进阶内容。讲师介绍了多个高级公式，并为学员准备了针对性的练习材料。大家以小组形式完成练习任务，通过动手操作、交流探讨，有效巩固了所学知识，进一步提升了对Excel功能的理解和应用能力。

　　The two-hour training session was primarily designed for local employees in Mexico. Given the varying levels of Excel proficiency among participants—some being beginners while others had a more advanced understanding—the course was strategically divided into two sessions to better address the needs of different learners.

　　During the first hour, the instructor focused on the basics of Excel, including an overview of the user interface, essential operations, navigation of the top ribbon menu, and the most commonly used keyboard shortcuts in daily work. This segment aimed to help participants quickly familiarize themselves with the Excel environment and build a solid foundation. Following this, over 20 frequently used formulas in daily tasks were introduced, with the instructor explaining each one through real-life examples to ensure participants could fully understand, apply, and adapt them in their actual work scenarios.

　　In the second hour, the training shifted to more advanced content. The instructor introduced several higher-level formulas and provided participants with carefully designed practice materials. Working in groups, participants engaged in hands-on exercises and collaborative discussions, reinforcing their learning and deepening their understanding of Excel’s advanced functionalities.

　　This training session not only strengthened employees'' foundational Excel skills but also created a valuable platform for colleagues across different business units to share experiences and learn together. Moving forward, the platform will continue to design training programs closely aligned with practical job scenarios, promoting ongoing skill development and enhancing organizational efficiency.

　　It’s worth noting that this Excel session is not the end, but the beginning of a broader learning journey. In addition to Excel, tools like PowerPoint and Word play an equally vital role in everyday office work. We plan to develop a series of trainings focused on commonly used office software to continuously empower our teams.
